Course description

This course is designed for people who already have a knowledge of cosmetics and wish to improve it and achieve high quality, versatile, medicinal products with impressive results for all skin types.


  • Identify toxic ingredients in conventional and natural cosmetics. Types of organic certification and labelling pitfalls.
  • Skin health: importance of pH in cosmetics, moisture, flora, nutrition and warning signs.
  • Use of vitamins and preservatives to prolong the shelf life of your products.
  • Technology in handmade cosmetics and tricks to enhance characteristics of the final product such as consistency, absorption, collagen synthesis, etc.
  • Use of tensides in hair cleansing products. Design of solid medicinal shampoos according to hair type.
  • Use of natural colours and aromas: how to make aromas and colours persist over time.

Course development

We will understand the biodynamics of organic ingredients to create medicinal products of the highest quality. We will also discover co-ingredients that will help your final product have very attractive qualities such as immediate absorption, ultra-light consistency, long shelf life, etc. We will share valuable information about ingredients that can be found in conventional and even natural products that are toxic to the environment and your skin. We will use glass and wooden containers. You will be able to take each of the products we make with you.

Nutritionist specialising in natural cosmetics and medicinal plants. Resident of the Iscles project, with a deep interest in the protection of the environment and the recovery of the ancestral medicine of these territories.

Practical part


Day One


9:00 - 13:00h

  • Introduction to advanced natural cosmetics.
  • Manufacturing of ultra light hand cream


16:00 - 18:00h

  • Manufacture of pro-collagen cream for ultra-sensitive skin.

Day Two


9:00 - 13:00h

  • Manufacturing of a nourishing and balancing face cream for combination and oily skin.


16:00 - 18:00h

  • Manufacturing of body milk with vegetable butters for very dry skin.

Day Three


9:00 - 13:00h

  • Production of solid medicinal shampoos.
  • Delivery of a digital dossier with recipes and information seen during the course.

The participation fee for the course is

200,- €

Accommodation and Meals

The price of meals is €25 per day, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. The food used during the course is predominantly organic. Accommodation can be in a shared room, teepee or single tent with bed (€10/night) or free camping with use of shower and dry toilet (€3/night).
